This is part of a national scheme called Natur am Byth! in which RSPB Cymru will be collaborating with partners, private landowners and local communities to develop conservation plans for a suite of target species. In addition to developing these plans, we are looking for a candidate who can engage and empower local people as their involvement will be crucial to the delivery of any conservation efforts.

The Natur am Byth! partnership unites 9 environmental charities and Natural Resources Wales to deliver the country's largest natural heritage and outreach programme to save species from extinction and reconnect people to nature. • Developing people engagement opportunities that will increase local appreciation for the target species
  • Engaging with volunteers to ensure they play an active part throughout
  • Developing monitoring and evaluation strategies to ensure the project meets desired aims and objectives
  • Producing relevant project documentation
  • Identifying opportunities and delivery needs to ensure a legacy
